Since 1997, Coastal Caterers has been serving Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, and the surrounding South Carolina Lowcountry with authentic Lowcountry Boils, Oyster Roasts, and memorable catered events. Our signature Lowcountry Boil has become one of our most requested catering services. Prepared with fresh shrimp, smoked sausage, corn on the cob, potatoes, and traditional seasonings, it's a meal that captures the flavors and traditions of coastal South Carolina. Our Lowcountry Boil was even featured on the television show Southern Charm, introducing viewers to one of the region's most iconic meals.

During oyster season, nothing says Charleston quite like a traditional Oyster Roast. Coastal Caterers proudly serves fresh local South Carolina oysters, steamed on-site and served hot alongside cocktail sauce, horseradish, hot sauce, crackers, and all the classic accompaniments. Oyster Roasts have long been a Lowcountry tradition, bringing family, friends, and coworkers together around the oyster tables for an afternoon or evening of great food and conversation.
